# Locating and developing the scope of business in line with the revenue and sales through appropriate media and achieve the set target.

# Ensuring all opportunities and efforts are taken to promote the products in expanding the client base.

# Establishing new business through direct corporate contact and agency business.

# Understanding client’s requirement and appropriately presenting various products and terms & condition.

# Developing and maintaining  relationships and ensuring proper support and services to the clients.

#  Developing innovative ideas &  strategies to meet the sales objectives

# Providing support and coaching to new team members.

# Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining turnaround time (TAT)

Eligibility:

* The candidate should be a Graduate/Post Graduate with good written and spoken English communication skills.

* He should also be good at Data & Information Management. The candidate should have good presentation and persuasion skills.

* He should have high motivation for sales and targets. Computer knowledge with excel is a must.

* Experience (minimum 1 year) in retail-loan is a must.

Tele calling requires you to make sales or fix an appointment for sales meeting over a phone call. One should be able to convince an existing client or prospect for a certain product or service.Voice is the most critical selling tool in tele sales; the receiver can detect your demeanor through your voice.

Responsibilities:

# Generating leads through tele-calls, emails; generating new business leads and support sales.

# Maintaining lead database of the clients and prospects.

# Arranging meetings for Sales team and following up the same.

# Recording sales and other information, sending and receiving the same.

# Handling Walk in Customers and ensuring proper coordination between company and its clients.

# Developing & maintaining relationships and ensuring prompt service and support to the clients either in person or via telephone calls and emails.

# Recording client’s feedbacks & market information (If any)

# Maintaining periodic status reports, activity report and calls/follow-ups reports.

# Maintaining turnaround time (TAT)
